Welcome to DMD Collective! We are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy for important information regarding our processes.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with Evri, DPD, and Amazon Logistics to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. The carrier for your parcel is determined automatically by our system based on the dimensions and weight of your order, not the specific item purchased.
Processing Times
- Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 48 hours.
- Orders placed on Friday will be shipped within 72 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed starting on the next business day (Monday).
Shipping Rates
All items are provided with a free delivery, this is standard delivery. We do not currently offer premium next day delivery.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier assigned to your parcel. Please refer to the tracking details provided upon dispatch for more accurate delivery estimates. If you have not received your order 7 working days after the parcel was shipped, please reach out to us at: Sales@dmdcollective.co.uk with your order number. so one of our teams can chase this.
Weekend and Holiday Shipping
Please note that we are closed on weekends and public bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this to monitor your shipment's progress and expected delivery date.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional charges may apply for resending the parcel.
