Finance Terms and Conditions: Klarna Pay in 3 & PayPal Pay in 3

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of "Pay in 3" financing options provided by Klarna and PayPal. By selecting either option at checkout, you agree to the terms of the respective provider in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

These services allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over three equal payments, interest-free, subject to approval and eligibility.

2. Klarna Pay in 3

2.1 How it Works

Klarna’s Pay in 3 allows you to:

  • Split your purchase into three equal payments.
  • The first payment is made at the point of purchase.
  • The remaining two payments are automatically collected 30 and 60 days later.

2.2 Eligibility

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Subject to a soft credit check by Klarna.
  • Available to UK residents only.
  • Klarna’s approval is discretionary and subject to financial circumstances.

  • Klarna is a third-party provider. DMD Collective is not responsible for decisions made by Klarna.
  • Klarna may send you email and SMS notifications regarding payments.

3. PayPal Pay in 3

3.1 How it Works

PayPal Pay in 3 enables you to:

  • Pay in three interest-free instalments.
  • First payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • Subsequent payments are taken automatically every month on the same date.

3.2 Eligibility

  • Available to eligible PayPal account holders.
  • Subject to approval by PayPal.
  • Minimum order amount applies (usually £30).
  • Available for purchases up to £2,000.

4. General Finance Conditions

4.1 Non-Payment & Defaults

  • Missing a payment may impact your credit score.
  • Klarna or PayPal may initiate collections or reporting to credit agencies if payments are not made.
  • DMD Collective reserves the right to decline a transaction at checkout if the finance provider does not approve your application.

4.2 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Any cancelled order or approved refund will be processed through the original finance provider.
  • Refunds are applied to your payment schedule by Klarna or PayPal. They will adjust or cancel future payments as appropriate.

4.3 Liability

  • DMD Collective is not liable for any delays, decisions or issues resulting from your use of Klarna or PayPal Pay in 3.
  • For any disputes related to the finance agreement, you must contact Klarna or PayPal directly.
