Delivery Policy
At DMD Collective, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. Please take a moment to read through our delivery terms below.
Shipping Provider
All orders are dispatched using Evri, a trusted UK-based courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Evri tracking number.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 11:30am, Monday to Friday, are eligible for next-day delivery, subject to availability and confirmation.
Orders placed after 11:30am or on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day and shipped via standard delivery.
Delivery Times
- Orders are typically dispatched within 0-1 working days of purchase.
- Standard delivery with Evri usually takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.
- Next Day delivery with Evri usually takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays).
- Please note that occasional delays may occur, and these are the responsibility of the courier (Evri) once the parcel has left our premises.
Tracking & Delivery Management
Once your parcel has been dispatched, the responsibility for managing the delivery lies with the customer. Your tracking number can be used
to:
- Track your parcel’s progress
- Divert it to a neighbour, safe place, or ParcelShop
- Reschedule the delivery if you are not going to be home
Please ensure that you use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email to make any necessary changes in advance. DMD Collective cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries due to the customer being unavailable or not utilising the tracking options provided.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We are not liable for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
If your delivery is unsuccessful and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply.
