Refund & Return Policy

At DMD Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. All eligible items can be returned with free return shipping and no restocking fees, provided the return is arranged and sent back within the required timeframe.

To Qualify For A Return:

The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that you may occasionally change your mind. If so, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is:

Unused and in a resalable condition
In its original packaging with all tags intact

Refunds for change-of-mind returns are processed in the same way as other eligible returns, once the item has been received and inspected.

Free Return Label Validity

Where a free returns label is provided by DMD Collective, the label is only active for 7 days from the point it is generated.

If the return is not posted within this 7-day period and the label expires, DMD Collective will no longer be responsible for arranging or covering the cost of the return postage. In this case, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for delivery back to us.

We provide the free returns label as a complimentary return service, but if the label is not used within the active time frame, the service is considered unused and cannot be reissued free of charge.

Printer Requirement

Please note that our returns service requires access to a printer. We provide printable returns labels only and do not currently offer QR code returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are able to print the return label before arranging the return.

Returns after 30 Days

If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order and you wish to return your item, we may be able to provide you with a returns label for eligible items under 100cm. A £5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the label.

Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own return postage, in which case you will receive a full refund once the item has been received, inspected and approved.

How to Start a Return

You will need to include:

  • Your email address
  • Order ID

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions, including your Parcel Return Slip, on how to send your item back.

Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
