At DMD Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our Refund & Return Policy carefully.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. All eligible items can be returned with free return shipping and no restocking fees.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that you may occasionally change your mind. If so, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is:
- Unused and in a resalable condition
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
Refunds for change-of-mind returns are processed in the same way as other eligible returns.
Returns after 30 Days
If more than 30 days have passed since your order and you wish to return your item, we can provide you with a returns label (for items under 100cm). A £5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the label. Alternatively, you’re welcome to arrange your own return postage, in which case you’ll receive a full refund once the item is received.
How to Start a Return

You will need to include:
- Your Email Address
- Order ID
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions (Parcel Return Slip) on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us using the Contact Us form.
